We organise company picnics in Stargard where the city has them written into its landscape, between the historic heart on the Ina river and the shores of Lake Miedwie. The walking avenues, the playgrounds with trampolines set into the ground and the skate plaza give natural zones for families, while the proximity of Piast Park and Castle Park lets us spread out the entertainment and catering across a shaded, continuous area right by the Ina.
Lake Miedwie: a complete stage and activity zone in one place
When a client wants an event with water in the background, we move to Lake Miedwie, a large lake lying right by the city and one of the larger ones in West Pomerania. The promenade in Morzyczyn and Wierzbno has its own amphitheatre with a distinctive sail-shaped roof, a run of jetties, a pier, a skatepark, playgrounds and pitches, and beside it a broad beach with a watersports rental and windsurfing and kitesurfing schools.
It is a complete zone of stage and entertainment in one place, ideal for a family day where part of the team listens to a performance, part plays volleyball and the youngest let loose at the playground. The main beach in Kunowo adds a supervised bathing area, an outdoor gym, fish-fry catering along the promenade and accommodation for companies, which opens the scenario of an all-day team-building picnic with an overnight stay.
The Ina riverside: a city picnic without leaving Stargard
Not every event has to leave the city. The land along the Ina, the boulevards from the riverside revitalisation project, the Walking Avenue, the lit running and cycling paths and the kayak jetties, lets us stage a city picnic with a stage and play zones right in the centre, and descend through Park Chrobry straight to the City Bathing Area.
Kayak trips down the river also set off from here, starting within Stargard or below Lubowo, so a team activity can be woven into the programme without logistical excursions. For smaller groups, the intimate beach with a jetty in Wierzbno works naturally, with roofing, toilets and a volleyball court. We take on the open-air logistics in full: where there is no ready amphitheatre, we bring in the stage, sound and roofing, and set out catering zones with a grill and food trucks.

Late summer and September are often the most convenient for large family days, with the lake still warm enough for sport but cooler than the peak of the heat. For the active there is the Tarzan rope park and team paintball with experience in handling large games, for the youngest gentle meetings and feeding alpacas at a farm near Kunowo, and trampolines set into the ground in Park Chrobry.
