When you are planning a large congress or an annual conference, we give you the city's flagship MICE venue and the kind of direction that keeps the plenary session running on time. The ICE Krakow Congress Centre, which opened opposite Wawel on the Vistula, combines four spaces: an Auditorium Hall for 1,915 people, a Theatre Hall for 594, a Chamber Hall for 400 and a suite of conference rooms for 350, giving around 3,200 participants in total. We take on the stage direction, simultaneous interpreting and on-brand scenography, together with guest registration and networking zones in the foyer overlooking Wawel.

For multi-day events with accommodation we give you a single address for the whole programme, drawing on established relationships with Krakow's conference hotels. The DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow Hotel and Convention Centre offers around 2,900 square metres of event space across sixteen rooms, and its ballroom seats up to 1,000 people in theatre layout and up to 648 at a banquet. The Hilton Garden Inn Krakow City Center with seven rooms and the Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport with ten rooms round out the offer for regional training sessions and smaller conferences, closing an entire sales congress within one location.

When an event outgrows the scale of a typical ballroom, we have the hall to hold it and the logistics to keep it under control. The TAURON Arena Krakow accommodates up to 22,000 people, has forty-three conference rooms and the open-air Arena Garden of roughly 14,000 square metres. It is the answer for milestone galas held by large employers in the business services sector celebrating a branch anniversary with the entire workforce, as well as for large-format conferences that combine a plenary session with an artistic programme. Boxes and conference rooms let us run smaller premium formats in parallel within the same building, without moving guests between addresses.

For launches and corporate fairs we use the EXPO Krakow International Trade and Congress Centre, the largest organiser of fairs and congresses in southern Poland. It provides around 14,000 square metres of exhibition space and the column-free Wisla and Dunaj halls, and in auditorium layout the exhibition hall serves up to 5,000 people. We build a launch or gala around one strong stage moment, a product reveal, an awards ceremony or a board address, and frame it with scenography, multimedia and the full logistics: crew load-in schedules, stage assembly, catering for hundreds at once and VIP zone management.
