Company picnics in Zamosc have one advantage: the setting of the Renaissance ideal city can be combined with ready recreational facilities just a few steps from the Old Town. The natural base for a picnic within the city is the City Lagoon by OSiR, behind the Rotunda. Right beside it run five full-size grass pitches where we lay out the stage, activity tents and catering points. From the City Lagoon to the OSiR Stadium: the right ground for every scale
When a client needs a large family day with the formal status of a mass event, we move the production to the OSiR Stadium. The pitch meets the formal and technical requirements and has the safety facilities for a larger event with a sizeable audience. If, on the other hand, a spectacular stage setting in the centre matters, the green amphitheatre basin by the New Lubelska Gate, the city's roofed open-air stage and the Open-Air Music Stage of the Zamosc Academy of Culture on Akademicka Street are all available.
For a calmer, representative version of integration, the historic City Park works well, covering around 11 hectares in the heart of the city, with a pond, alleys, bridges and the Planty running along the former moats. It is a green location for an intimate family picnic, which we usually combine with a more developed activity zone nearby, since the park has no permanent large stage infrastructure. This arrangement keeps the elegant character of the centre while giving teams room to play.
Nielisz Reservoir and Roztocze: open ground for large teams
When the group is truly large, we move the outdoor event to the expansive grounds outside the city. Nielisz Reservoir, the largest body of water in the region, offers a beach, a promenade pier, a sailing marina, full sanitary facilities and open ground that comfortably holds a stage, activity sectors and catering rows. In Roztocze, near Roztocze National Park and the Echo Ponds, we organise integration with a bonfire: the ECHO Centre in Zwierzyniec has roofed grill spots, pitches and carriage rides, while the centres around Krasnobrod add grass pitches surrounded by pine forest.
Around the picnic itself we build strong team-building modules that use the character of Roztocze: paintball, quad and off-road expeditions across the wilderness, and kayaking trips on the Wieprz from Obrocz to Zwierzyniec, suitable even for beginners. We strengthen the family day with family attractions: the pirate playground by the lagoon, a visit to the Zamosc Zoo, horse riding, and the beach and water slide in Krasnobrod. In case of capricious weather, we keep a plan B in the form of Laser Factory in Zamosc, with laser tag, a laser maze, a VR zone and a games room.
