Cornerstone ceremony in Elblag ceremonies at the threshold of Baltic investments

Modrzewina South is today the fastest-growing industrial centre in the city, a site for manufacturing and services drawing foreign capital, including a Norwegian group building its factory here, alongside the Elblag Technology Park with its laboratories and research-and-development centres. This is where we most often organise cornerstone ceremonies: the ceremony takes place on a raw site, amid reinforcement and formwork, so we build the entire run of show around the realities of an active construction site.

For an investor entering this ground, the founding act carries strategic weight, documenting the start of a major industrial project and recording the names of the parties delivering it. We prepare a dignified station for signing the act, a capsule matched to the niche in the foundation, and an official part in which representatives of the investor, the contractor and the city authorities take the floor. Where the technology park hosts firms with foreign capital, we run the ceremony bilingually so foreign board members feel like equal participants in the celebration.

The Elblag subzone of the Warmia-Masuria Special Economic Zone was recently expanded, and with the new grounds came support decisions for manufacturers in metalworking, window joinery, the food sector and furniture. Every such investment begins with a formal start of construction, so we plan ceremonies in the zone with guests from the zone administration and local government in mind, who usually take part in signing the act and the symbolic sealing of the capsule.

On the subzone grounds we match the production to the scale of the undertaking: we set up a covered official station, sound that holds up against site noise and a guest path that skirts the works zone.
