The open hall layout allows free arrangement of exhibition zones, the plenary stage and the breakout areas, while the outdoor grounds add room for displays and parking.
We slide the movable walls in the conference part of the Lublin Trade Fair between programme blocks, splitting one space into rooms for UMCS panels and parallel sessions held by the service centres. We weave registration and signage into the bays of Halls A and C so that guest flow never crosses the technical route to the catering staging area.
Lublin Castle and the Lublinianka lend galas the weight of a monument
Lublin stands out for its dense fabric of historic buildings, which can be put to scenic use. The National Museum at Lublin Castle offers the Crown Tribunal Hall, painting galleries and a courtyard for open-air events, while the eclectic IBB Grand Hotel Lublinianka provides representative banqueting halls in the very heart of Krakowskie Przedmiescie.
In the Crown Tribunal Hall we run galas so that speeches are delivered beneath the original ceiling and the awards are presented in front of the painting gallery rather than on an empty stage. In summer we move part of the evening to the castle courtyard, where we project onto the wall between the keep and the chapel.
