A descent in an authentic miners lift and chambers carved deep below the surface deliver an experience that no banqueting hall can recreate. Research Chamber No. 8, the Pump Room with its underground pub and the Compressor Chamber give evenings in Zabrze a setting that tells its own story before a single word is spoken from the stage.

Here it is not enough to plug in a generator and lay out tables: the catering has to be brought down the shaft to the mine level, and the sound and lighting tuned to the humidity and acoustics of the carved chambers. We guide guests from the descent in the lift, through the artistic segment in the Pump Room, to the return to the surface, arranging the evening around the rhythm the mine itself imposes.

This historic hard-coal mining complex offers something found nowhere else, an underground boat cruise through tunnels running beneath the city. It is an attraction that turns an ordinary team day into a story which stays with participants long after they return to the office.

The above-ground part of the complex, the Chain Hall, the Compressor Hall, the Stained-Glass Hall and the Switchgear Room, provides raw post-industrial interiors for banquets and corporate events. We link the underground cruise with the above-ground reception so that guests go below ground between the formal segment and dinner in the Stained-Glass Hall, without being shuttled around the city by coach.

The socialist-realist mass of the House of Music and Dance houses one of the larger concert auditoriums in the country, on the order of two thousand seats. For a large anniversary gala, a corporate concert or a full-house spectacle, this is an address that impresses through the sheer scale of the interior and its monumental foyer.

Such an auditorium follows its own logic: you have to seat the hall to face the stage, lead the entrance through the grand foyer and master the sound of a tall, hard interior. We choose the stage layout and the programme so that the anniversary fills this volume rather than getting lost in it, from a stately opening to the finale.

The Ernest Pohl Stadium, home of Gornik Zabrze, hosts not only football but concerts, fairs, exhibitions and culinary events, and its conference facilities can be divided into smaller zones. The MOSiR sports and entertainment hall adds a space proven at concerts, fairs and congresses.

The stadium pitch and the Gornik car park call for a separate plan for bringing in equipment, turning fan zones into guest zones and fencing around the playing field. We design the event layout to the scale of the Arena stands or the MOSiR hall, setting the stage and sectors so that the terraces play to the event audience rather than remaining an empty backdrop.
